Unpack the router and take out the other accessories present in the product box.
Connect an Ethernet cable between your modem and the Internet port on the router.
Connect another Ethernet cable between the LAN port of the router and your computer.

Configure The Computer
Right-click on the Network icon at the lower right corner.
Click Open Network and Sharing Center.

Type in the default IP address of the router (192.168.0.1) in the address bar and then press Enter.
Enter the login credentials. The default user name is admin and the default login password is admin. Then press OK.
Under Internet Connection Setup, click the type of connection.
Click on Advanced and go to Internet Connection setup.Choose the Internet Connection type as static IP.
Enter the information provided by your ISP. If you don't know about it, consult your ISP.
Check the connection status. If it shows connected, then you can use your internet.
Click the Wireless tab.
Change the primary SSID as you prefer.
Select the wireless security for your wireless network.
Change the security settings as you prefer and click OK.
