How to Port Forward Netgear Router

Carry out the procedure given below to activate Netgear router port forwarding.

  • Press the Windows button and type cmd in the search box.
  • Open the cmd option from the list.
  • When the Command Prompt window appears, type ipconfig/all. Then, press the Enter key.
  • Note down the IP address of your Netgear router setup.
  • Enter the IP address of the router for Netgear router port forwarding 
  • Enter the username and password of the admin user in the Authentication required window.
  • On the home screen, click the Attached Devices icon to view the IP address of your device.
  • Select the Internet section on the left panel of the screen.
