Using The Router's Web GUI
- Access your Asus router's GUI login using its IP address or URL.

- Once you sign into the router GUI page, a pop-up dialog box with the message Firmware update is available will appear on the screen if an update is available.
- Click on the Update Now button.
- Now, you will be re-directed to the Administration page.
- On the opened page, click System > Firmware Upgrade. Now, the firmware update process will be initiated.
- Once it is done, sign out and sign in to your router GUI page.
- Select Administration > Restore/Save/Upload Settings > Factory defaults > Restore.
- Complete the firmware upgrade process by following the on-screen instructions.
Manually
- Initially, download the latest version of the Asus router's firmware file from its support page.
- Next, go to the Advanced Settings section on the router's GUI page and click Administration.
- Choose Firmware Upgrade > Upload and select the downloaded firmware file.
- Click Open and install the firmware by following the on-screen instructions.

Method 3: Setting Up The Channel Bandwidth

Method 4: Enabling Smart Connect
